Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and handle all equipment and property with care. In the event of any damage or excessive mess, a cleaning or damage fee will be applicable.

Cleaning Charges: If the premises are left unreasonably dirty or unhygienic, a cleaning fee will be levied based on the assessment of our cleaning team.

Damages: Any item damaged due to negligence or misuse will be charged at the cost of full replacement (not repair), as determined by Casa Karaoke management.
